The photos in this series were taken outdoors using only natural light. Random people walking by were asked to stand un-posed in front of a seamless white sheet of paper that was taped on the side of various buildings throughout the city. Each subject was asked only to give their natural expression and only one photograph was taken. The result was "The people", a photographic series that is a reflection of the diversity that can be found (and should remain) in this great city.

The photos will be on display at Great Lakes Coffee in Detroit from March 16, 2017 - April 15, 2017
